Introduction to the company's production line

1、 Resin sand casting

The resin sand factory has an annual output of 30000 tons of various castings, covering an area of about 30000 square meters. Its molding equipment includes one set of internationally advanced 30T/h and 40T/h mobile lifting resin sand mixers, five sets of other fixed resin sand mixers, and one automatic molding line. All of the above equipment adopts PLC automatic control, and the sand mixing capacity reaches 160 tons/h. It can produce castings of machine tools, wind power, forging presses, injection molding machines, engineering machinery, etc. with a capacity of less than 40 tons. The materials cover various grades of ductile iron and gray cast iron castings.

The melting equipment of the resin sand plant includes one set of 15TT and 5T medium frequency induction furnaces produced by Yingda Company in the United States, equipped with a microcomputer automatic batching system and automatic feeding trolley, supplemented by a spectrum and furnace front rapid analyzer, and a molten iron temperature tester, which can fully ensure the stability of the chemical composition of the cast iron. The factory also has various cleaning equipment including Q7650 through type rotary table shot blasting cleaning machine, Q37200 hook type shot blasting cleaning machine, Q3750 hook type shot blasting cleaning machine, etc. It also has more than 20 lifting equipment of various models such as 75T and 50T, as well as one 80T and one 60T heat treatment kiln.

2、 V-method casting

V-method casting, also known as vacuum sealing molding method, is a dry sand molding method without adhesive. The surface quality and accuracy of the castings are high, and the labor intensity of workers is low. It is known as the third generation molding method. The V-method factory covers an area of 15000 square meters and has two advanced V-method production lines in China, one of which is a counterweight production line with an annual output of 30000 tons and the other is a bridge shell production line with an annual output of 5000 tons.

Two V-method production lines can achieve automatic film cutting, automatic film covering, and automatic mold lifting, box flipping, and box closing using robotic arms. The coating is sprayed using airless spraying and equipped with a coating baking device. All processes are fully controlled by PLC electrical control system, which can achieve manual and automatic control. The vacuum system adopts advanced dry vacuum pumps in China, and dust removal devices are installed in the sand dropping area, sand processing area, and molding area. The environmental quality of the workshop has reached the leading level in the industry.

3、 Silicone glue glass precision casting

The precision casting plant adopts silica sol and water glass processes, and has imported fully automated molding equipment. All parameters are controlled by computers, and the shell making workshop is controlled by constant temperature and humidity, using an automated drying assembly line. The roasting process adopts a circular roasting furnace roasting process, and the products are mainly precision cast steel parts, especially stainless steel castings.

In terms of casting accuracy: For iron-based metal castings, the minimum casting thickness size is 0.5mm

4、 Machining

The mechanical processing factory covers an area of approximately 14000 square meters and has 30 sets of equipment including gantry boring and milling machines, vertical lathes, wire cutting machines, CNC flame cutting machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc. It is responsible for the processing of castings and undertakes processing business externally.
